I met Abubaker in a restaurant. We started chatting, he wanted to polish up his English. He promised me he would show us the best restaurants in town, and nicest places to go. We went to Bait Baws together (see other post).
We ate in several special places. He calls the restaurants beforehand, tells the manager what he wants and how he wants it: the best cuts for example, and not a mixture of that and some others. Only the very best. When we get there we get premium service.
He is a builder. This luxury villa is the one he has been building the last one and a half years. The place is really huge. It's got 4 levels. The bar, the entertainment corner, the pool and table tennis tables and more are in the basement level.
The other levels have suites, quarters for the servants, a dome (see picture), a circular stairway, and much more. He will sell it or rent it to an embassy or some rich people. It's in a neighborhood with similar houses, but nothing similar in his opinion, there's too many 'specials' in his house. His house is in the middle of the picture of the neighborhood with upscale houses, it's the one with the unfinished, unpainted dome.
He has traveled extensively and has studied in Europe. Quite a guy. He's learning tennis now, so he can play with me.
